If you haven`t visited here before, I am Cathy. I live in Northwestern Arizona with a husband who has been around 43 years. My son and DIL live in Yuma. We`ve lived in this area over 20 years. Built our house ourselves. I garden, embroider, quilt, collect vintage Pyrex,vintage lace, especially fond of Carrickmacross and I love Blog Hops. A great way to meet new people and tune up my skills. Here are a few pictures of the area where we dwell.

ReplyDeleteGood morning blog neighbor - When we lived in Colorado (25 years) we always looked forward to seeing the Joshua trees and the natural arches on our travels - just love them all. We retired back to NC 11 years ago and now love all the trees that surround us. Nice meeting you from Judy C in NC

ReplyDeleteHi Cathy I went Camping and bouldering at Joshua Tree when I was such a kid but in the Navy. It is so beautiful and hot there in the summer. Me I just became a chicken farmer this evening, haven't even blogged about it yet! Grand Canyon is a place everyone should see once in their lives it is also very beautiful. Thank you for sharing your pictures takes me back to another lifetime. Come visit me "In The Boon Docks". Nice to meet you! I am a new follower!
